Our process is stress free
We Make it easy to take your love to paradise
01.
SCHEDULE YOUR CALL
Every destination wedding starts with a conversation. We’ll talk through your vision, your guest count, and what matters most to you. This is where I get to know you, understand what you’re planning, and help you move forward with confidence.
You’ll leave the call with clarity around next steps and a clear sense of how I support you throughout the destination wedding planning process.
02.
CONFIRM WEDDING DETAILS
I help you narrow in on the right resort based on your priorities and the experience you want for your guests. From there, I coordinate directly with the resort to secure your wedding date and walk through the wedding and group contracts with you.
This step sets the foundation for everything that follows and keeps your wedding plans and guest accommodations working together from the start.
03.
MANAGE GUEST TRAVEL
With your wedding date secured, I manage the travel details for your guests. This includes setting up the room block, tracking reservations, monitoring deadlines, and serving as the main point of contact for guest travel questions.
Keeping guest travel organized in one place helps your guests feel supported and protects your wedding plans from last-minute issues.
04.
FINAL DETAILS
As your wedding approaches, I stay closely involved, keeping an eye on timelines, payments, and travel details while coordinating behind the scenes as needed. Before you travel, you’ll know exactly what to expect and that all details have been taken care of.
You leave for your wedding trip feeling prepared, confident, and free to enjoy what you’ve planned. I have to admit…this is the part I love most!
Your Love Deserves the Best
Planning a destination wedding is about more than choosing a beautiful place. Timelines, contracts, and guest travel all need to be planned in tandem for everything to run smoothly.
That’s where experience makes a real difference. When someone understands how destination weddings work, the process feels steadier. There are fewer surprises, decisions are made with confidence, and you’re not left wondering if something important has been missed.

Frequently Asked Questions
Questions about destination wedding planning? Here are answers to the most common questions I’m asked:
What's the difference between a destination wedding travel agent and a wedding planner?
For an all-inclusive resort wedding in Mexico, the Caribbean, or Costa Rica, you typically have both.
A destination wedding travel agent manages the travel and logistics. I help you choose the right resort, secure your date, handle the group contract and room block, and support your guests throughout the travel process.
The resort’s wedding coordinator focuses on the ceremony and reception details, things like décor, vendors, and menus.
In short, the coordinator plans the event. I oversee everything that makes the event possible and keep the logistics running smoothly behind the scenes.
How do guest travel and room blocks work for a destination wedding?
A room block reserves a set number of rooms at your resort specifically for your wedding and locks in pricing. This protects availability, keeps guests together, and ensures the resort recognizes your group.
Booking within the block protects wedding perks and helps guests avoid additional per-person event fees that can apply to outside reservations. It also provides a clear point of contact and support while traveling.
When guests book independently, those protections can be reduced, and coordination becomes more complicated for both your guests and the resort.
How far in advance should we start planning a destination wedding?
Ideally, 12 to 18 months in advance. Popular all-inclusive resorts book quickly, and securing your date early gives you the best availability for both your wedding events and guest accommodations, while giving guests plenty of notice to plan their travel.
If your timeline is shorter, flexibility becomes important.
What does a destination wedding typically cost?
On average, a destination wedding for around 50 guests at an all-inclusive resort is approximately $15,000. That typically includes your travel and the essentials needed to host the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception.
The overall cost depends on your guest count and the choices you make for décor, menu, and overall experience.
